FASHION SHOW
May 24th was a wonderful event, open to all and we invited everyone to visit it, enjoy wonderful music, singing, a great fashion show and amazing costumes from famous stylists of SL, and also get their gifts and special discounts from all 4 brands that celebrated the new opening and reorganization of their brands on a new sim with amazing PBR graphics capabilities (just look at this sky with floating clouds or stars at night!), since the main designer of the sim - Djembe - is a specialist in virtual construction, a wonderful designer with a subtle sense of beauty far beyond SL. Suppose you don't use PBR (oh yeah, I know how beautiful it is, but damn hard for computers with weak video cards). In that case, you can still walk along the paths in the shade of trees with leaves swaying in the wind and try amazing creations of Facedesk, or just sit on the stones near the water or enjoy meditation inside the colored auras, or go into the Arkona building and walk through all the floors, discovering many new things.
Yes, we invited everyone and the advertising was everywhere, but if you still missed this event, then you missed a great opportunity to hear an EXCLUSIVE CONCERT OF DJEMBE DRAGONFIRE, as well as to see the leading SL models who demonstrated unique Ethnic and Fantasy costumes. Of course, the Fantasy theme will not surprise most viewers, but when these costumes are built with items from Find the Fish and Arkona, it causes admiration. Arkona is also known as a brand that recreates the culture of different countries through clothing and accessories, so the Ethnic style from Arkona is unique. Tara was able to harmoniously complement each costume with her bags and jewelry, and the wings of the Seasons Court Wings became her hit sales at the Fantasy Fair charity event.
The highlight of the show was the REAL PODIUM MUSIC from DJ Rave, which from the very first moments immediately set the tone and mood, and the time flew by so unnoticed that everyone was already in the Final and receiving applause. It is not surprising that all the guests were sitting in a deep impression of what they saw, because the idea and direction of the entire performance, as well as the full description of the show, which was provided by the host Orpheus, were invented by Viktor Savior.
It was a complete immersion in a real fashion show, much like the ones we see from high-end haute couture houses! Both the models on stage and the audience shared the same exhilarating feeling—it was live and authentic! There were no delays, pauses, or interruptions, which is often the case in other fashion shows. It was a dynamic and energetic performance featuring 11 models who moved around the stage with joy and enthusiasm. Can you imagine it?
(P.S. What about lag? Yes, there were some, but they were much less than at other fashion shows. Unfortunately, Second Life (SL) can't exist without lag, and the more advanced version of FS (Firestorm viewer) requires better graphics cards and computers. Unfortunately, no one considers users who can't upgrade their equipment.)

Our first collection, which we are proud to present, is Seasons.
The inspiration was found in reflecting the beauty of each season: Winter, Summer, Spring, and Autumn.
The imagery representing each season is a collaborative effort by three designers. It features stunning gowns with flowing trails, intricate textures crafted from silk sourced from Arkona, imaginative tattoos and makeup created by Find the Fish, and shimmering wings designed by Tara.
Every outfit is complemented with accessories from Tara or Arkona.
Autumn Court gown was inspired by deep, warm autumn colors, the delicious taste of chocolate, fading leaves, and great sunsets. Fantastic golden and chocolate shades, a mix of golden sparkles and soft silk waves. ANGELS collection is a collaborative work, Find the Fish and Arkona, based on spiritual inspiration and represents 5 amazing animated Angelic Wings Halos and 5 gowns as a whole female sets. Every set consists of: a gown, gown animated layer, sleeves, sleeves animated layer, and halo.

Adariel, Archangel of Unity, is a celestial being of ethereal light. Her female form is a radiant symphony of colors, a shimmer of divine harmony.

TARA: HADRANIEL
HADRANIEL, the Angel of Eternal Love, is a celestial being of exquisite beauty. Her female form is a radiant symphony of rose hues, a shimmer of light of infinite compassion, reflected in the eternal bond of true love.
Hadraniel's job was to guide the souls of eternal companions, those destined to find each other throughout life. Her presence was a comforting balm, a reminder that true love is a timeless force that transcends the boundaries of space and time.

ELVEN Collection is an Experimental design with animated textures. 10 gowns with beautiful feathers, abstract fantasy textures, glow effect. The entire collection has mixed items: a dress for Classic S and M, sleeves for Classic, Maitreya, and Legacy.

CRISTINA: YAVANNA
YAVANNA or Heavenly Dawn, with the texture of the morning dawn on the endless sky and luminous feathers filled with rays of the sun. The look is completed with a "Mandala" halo from Find the Fish, which symbolizes the Eternal Dawn rising over the world, and a Chibila bag in pink color from Tara.

RUSSIAN WINTER COLLECTION by ARKONA
Amazing ethnic and Slavic/Russian culture-inspired costumes, made with many national ornaments and details.
Each costume is complemented by an elegant handbag by TARA.
In the name of each costume, we can see a reflection of history through the names of the oldest cities in the western part of Russia.
This collection can undoubtedly be called a tribute to the memory and respect of the famous Russian designer "haute couture" Slava Zaitsev, who was called the "Red Dior" and a revolutionary of Russian fashion. It was he who first brought and showed Russian culture and art to the international fashion scene and turned ordinary clothes into masterpieces of high fashion.
TARA: TARUSA
Tarusa is named after the Tarusa River, on which it was founded in 1246, and was the center of the Tarusa Principality in the 13th-15th centuries. This is an old provincial beautiful, and quiet city in the Kaluga region, which was made famous by poets, writers, artists, and musicians who lived there. The city was compared to the French provinces; they wrote about it in books and poems. Tarusa has the status of a natural and architectural reserve and is well-known for its famous embroidery.

GINA: ONEGA
The city of Onega is located in the north of the western part of Russia on the shores of the White Sea. The word means "main river, waterfall, rapid stream." The history of the city goes back to the Middle Ages when it was a significant trading and industrial location.

WORLD: YAROSLAV in purple color
Yaroslavl is the capital of the Golden Ring of Ancient Cities of Russia. The city was founded by Prince Yaroslav the Wise in 1010. According to legend, Yaroslav killed a bear here, which is why this animal is on the city's coat of arms. The unique city, which united and preserved the architecture of Western Europe and the Russian Empire, is on the UNESCO World Heritage List.

ANAEL: KAZANIA
Kazan is a city in Russia, the capital of the Republic of Tatarstan. The city arose on the Volga, where trade caravans from Kyivan Rus, the Byzantine Empire, and the Middle East passed. In the 16th century, the city was captured by Ivan the Terrible, and a new history began in the Muscovite Kingdom, and later in the Russian Empire and the USSR.
With the collapse of the USSR, a national movement began in the republic, ending with the creation in 1990 of the Republic of Tatarstan as part of the Russian Federation, the capital of which became Kazan. Now it is a major cultural, spiritual, and tourist center, where international events are held.

Elista is the capital of the Republic of Kalmykia, the Buddhist capital of Russia, and the main center of Buddhism in Europe, located along the Elista River, called "a Buddhist city in the Russian steppe".The city has many sculptures based on the Kalmyk epic, history, and faith. This is the city of Tulips, and 100 km from Elista to the East, there is a real, the only desert in Europe with camels, sand dunes, oases, and its own flora and fauna!

VIKTOR: YAROSLAV-PRINCE ARMAN in white color
Yaroslavl is the capital of the Golden Ring of Ancient Cities of Russia. The city was founded by Prince Yaroslav the Wise in 1010.
The color scheme of the outfit was inspired by a Russian Fairytale about the Scarlet Flower and the enchanted Prince. Prince Arman is a version of Yaroslav's outfit in white color. You will see this tale at SL22B in the Fairytale Book's exposition.

ELVAZ: ISTRA
Istra is a historical settlement 40 km from the Russian capital, located on the Istra River. "Istra" is a word of Scythian-Balto-Slavic origin, meaning "stream, river". The biggest attraction is New Jerusalem - the second most famous monastery in the Moscow region, founded by Patriarch Nikon, as Russian Palestine. The city is known for its spiritual monasteries and architectural and historical monuments.
The "Istra" set consists of: a "povoynik" Russian ethnic hat, a headscarf, a dress, a cape-cloak, boots, fur for hands, and a fur muff. Color scheme: white and blue, with ethnic ornament and patterns, a combination of white fur and fine lace.

MAHARET: SHATURA
Shatura was founded in the 15th century; the name means "snake hill" (Ur is a pagan snake god). It is located surrounded by large peat massifs and with a system of lakes, which makes this city unique. The city is famous for its furniture, peat bogs, and hydroelectric power stations.

KITTY: GOLDEN KHOKHLOMA
Khokhloma is an old Russian folk craft that appeared in the 17th century in the village of Khokhloma. The word "Khokhloma" is Finno-Ugric. Khokh means "white tree", most likely birch, and Loma means "elevation". The dishes are made of wood, and the honey-gold background carries a piece of the sun. Three main colors are used - red, black, and gold. The first symbolizes the sun, vital energy, and joy, the second personifies strength and depth, and the last - luxury, wealth, and the divine.

VIVIEN: TULA
Tula is located on the Upa River and, according to chronicles, was founded in 1146. And in the 16th century, the famous Battle of Kulikovo took place nearby. The name comes from an Old Russian word meaning "a hidden, inaccessible place". The Tula Kremlin has never been taken by the enemy. The city of samovars, gingerbread, gunsmiths, and many weapons museums.

TARA: ASTRAKHAN
The area of modern Astrakhan has been crossed by trade routes of Persians and Arabs since ancient times. For several centuries, cities of the Khazars, Polovtsians, and Mongol Tatars arose there. The first written news about Astrakhan dates back to the 13th century.
From the Khan's headquarters called Sarai-Batu, Astrakhan gradually turned into a small settlement with a Kremlin, then into an important outpost protecting Russia from the raids of the steppe dwellers, and then into a large city with wide streets, majestic cathedrals, and trading yards of foreigners - Persians, Indians, Dutch, and English.
Three indigenous Turkic peoples live in the Astrakhan region - the Kazakhs, Tatars, and Karagash.
The Astrakhan set consists of: a borik-shapka Russian ethnic hat with a scarf, a coat, a skirt, and boots. Color scheme: blue with rich floral ornaments, silver metal buttons, and black fur.
TRIBUTE TO CENTRAL ASIA
BORIK hats collections
The Borik (or Börik) hat, originating from the Kazakh people, is significant in Kazakh national dress for both men and women. Its name is derived from "böri," meaning "wolf," highlighting the cultural symbolism of the wolf.
Traditionally, the Borik was trimmed with valuable furs like otter or fox and decorated with embroidery and beads. It served practical purposes, such as protection from the elements, while also indicating social status, symbolic ones, and cultural identity.
You will see different Asian stylings on the runway, including these unique hats, along with Arkona clothing, Tara's bags, and tattoos from Find the Fish.
All hats are original mesh and were made close to the original ethnic shapes. All the hat names are mixed as original and fantasy names. Each hat's textures have real ethnic ornaments and details.
ELVAZ
Borik hat is an ethnic hat for the entire Central Asia region and can be recognizable and used for Mongolia, northwestern China (Xinjiang, Tibet, Inner Mongolia, Qinghai, western Sichuan, and northern Gansu), and Kazakhstan outfits.
ANAEL
We can see this type of hat in many outfits of Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, and Tajikistan, as well as areas of Asian Russia, south Siberia (Buryatia and Tyva), Afghanistan, northwestern India, northern Pakistan, and northeastern Iran.
KITTY
Borik is a traditional headdress, for men and women, winter and summer. It consists of a soft crown and a strip of fur. Since the 14th century, the Russians have known it as a "shapka". Borik is the oldest Turkic headdress.
GINA
The headdress was not only a reliable talisman, but also quite comfortable insulation for the head in the harsh steppe winters and cool off-season, and has since spread among most Turkic peoples.
WORLD
A hat in Asia is an object endowed with special sacredness. All the details and the color of the headdress have their own symbolism and meaning. Hats were and are sewn to resemble a mountain cone - the abode of spirits, owners, and deities, symbolizing prosperity and well-being.
TARA: NAMGAR
The full symbolism of Central Asian hats: "Bless my family to multiply like the rays of the golden sun, let my life energy not run dry and flutter above me".

This is a set of 4 ethnic hats: Bogdtag, Botarik, Borik, and Bateika in 5 colors and textures.
VIVIEN
The headdress concentrates 4 elements: fire, air, water, and earth. At the very top is the symbol of the upper world - the sun, below is the symbol of the middle world - the mountains, and the symbol of the lower world - the earth.
COLOR ART ON BLACK CANVAS
In this final entry for today, our models will showcase their styling skills and present their creativity against a black canvas. The models will demonstrate how they combine pieces from Arkona accessories, Tara's Bags, and tattoos from Find the Fish.

ANAEL or Anaelah, known as Anael Starr, joined Second Life on December 11, 2012, fueled by a passion for virtual fashion. After graduating from the Metaverse Modeling Academy in June 2015, she has excelled as a blogger, model, host, and fashion journalist, collaborating with top designers.
Her YouTube channel, "Rhythms to Fashions of SL," offers insights into the fashion scene. Notable achievements include winning Miss Virtual Diva 2018 and titles in the Fashicon Competition an IT Girl. Anael is now expanding into children's fashion with her brand, Starr Kids.

ELVAZ Macpherson is a friendly and respectful individual who enjoys sharing and learning with others. In Second Life, she has participated in several fashion shows, worked for a magazine, and served as a model for art projects. She likes to collaborate on creative ideas and is always willing to help whenever she can. Elvaz isn’t focused on standing out; she simply aims to do things well and have a great time with others.

GINA Banana hails from Thailand and has seven years of diverse experience. Her background includes participating in various beauty pageants, modeling for fashion runways and magazines, and even managing a club for her Japanese friends. Currently, she is part of the Linden team, where she helps new players embark on their adventures in Second Life. Although she is generally quiet and a bit shy, she has a quick smile and a strong commitment to everything she undertakes. For her, success in Second Life means doing what she enjoys and making her friends happy by helping them.

TARA Paxlapis - Savior is more than just a regular model; she is an artist and a vibrant presence in the creative community. Known for her calming strength, Tara is an integral part of the Paxlapis-Savior family, actively participating in numerous art projects and events. As the owner and founder of ~TARA~ Handbags, she transforms ordinary bags into unique pieces of art. Tara also serves as a vendor model and store manager for ARKONA and FIND THE FISH. In addition to these roles, she is a stylist and a dedicated blogger, passionately promoting the brands she supports to a wider audience. Furthermore, she creates engaging content on her YouTube channel.
